Dr. Joseph Delarusso said that NASA has approved, for the first time ever, the laser eye surgery technique Dr. Delarusso invented and calls all-laser Lasik, to improve the vision of its astronaut candidates. This is a great relief for many people who have previously failed the vision tests.

Dr. Delarusso started the all-laser Lasik surgery in his New York City office back in 2002.
